Chain of Command Structure
Executives - $300,000 Salary
Gruppe Sechs executives supervise all operations inside the Chain of Command and manage daily operations. The Executives also introduce new adjustments and improvements to the business as it expands to guarantee that it stays updated.
Manager - $200,000 Salary
Managers are senior staff of the company and supervise the staff team. Managers are capable of giving warnings without executive approval and can enforce suspensions with executive approval.
Supervisor - $150,000 Salary
The first people in the Chain of Command are supervisors. They are in charge of conducting training and making sure employees comply with the requirements and Standard Operating Procedures If employees violate the Standard Operating Procedures, they are authorized to issue warnings.
Senior Guard - $120,000 Salary:
The highest-ranking guards in the company are Senior Guards. They are responsible for overseeing daily Security and Transport operations and addressing Seniority Requests as needed. They are encouraged to mentor fellow guards by sharing expertise on patrol techniques, transport protocols, and professionalism standards to promote company unity and growth. They are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Guard - $90,000 Salary
The second-ranking guards in the company are Guards. They are in charge of performing daily Security and Transport operations. They are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Junior Guard - $60,000 Salary
The first and lowest ranking guards in the company are Junior Guards. They are in charge of performing daily Security and Transport operations. They are held to the highest standards of professionalism.
COMPANY POLICIES
Policy 1: Vehicle Amber Lighting
Amber Lighting should only be used on private/contracted Properties. No point in time should Amber lights be used on a roadway.
Policy 2: Use of Slicktop vehicles
Vehicles without a lightbar are permitted to be utilized by supervisors and higher. Any guard may be permitted to utilize a slicktop vehicle for patrol by any Manager
or higher. The guard may not use the slicktop vehicle after leaving their patrol unless authorized to do so again by a supervisor or higher.
Policy 3: Drift Mode
The use of drift mode from vMenu is strictly prohibited at all times. Gruppe Sechs vehicles are not equipped with the specialized tires or enhanced torque required for drifting, rendering such modifications unrealistic and inconsistent with company standards.
Policy 4: Vehicle Modifications
Guards must have permission from a supervisor or higher to use any modifications to the engine, transmission, brakes, or turbo, Otherwise they must keep the vehicle stock
Modkits are allowed to be used that ONLY modify the look of the vehicle. Please Reference the Modkits/Extras structure
Policy 5: Vehicle Trackers & Dash Cameras
All Gruppe sechs vehicles are equipped with tracking devices located in the trunk area below the panel connected to the frame. All vehicles have Front and Rear Dash Cameras at 1080p 30fps. Our Dashcams will start running on Button Press, Amber Light Activation or triggered by a crash detection.
Policy 6: Vehicle License Plates
While active in server as Gruppe Sechs you must always double check the License plate matches the vehicle structure and matches the car you’re driving. All License plates are registered to the company in CAD. No point in time should you register your own plate.
Policy 7: Vehicle Combat
Gruppe Sechs Guards are never allowed to use patrol vehicles as weapons. You may never use your firearm in the vehicle at any point in time. If you’re in danger you should try to drive away or bail on foot and defend yourself.
Policy 8: Pursuits
You may never chase a suspect in a vehicle at any point in time. If a suspect takes off on foot you can only chase them 100 ft off the contracted property, if you have evidence of a crime.
Policy 9: Retired Gruppe Sechs Staff
All former Gruppe Sechs Supervisors who retired through the Executive will be permitted to keep their structure, but they aren’t allowed to have supervisor markings or be able to call themselves a supervisor.
Policy 10: Criminal Records
To be able to be a part of the Gruppe Sechs Company you must complete Yearly background checks. If you’re a felon or have any Violent/domestic Misdemeanor you will be terminated from the company immediately unless cleared by company Executives.
Policy 11: Tattoos
When being an employee for Gruppe Sechs you must not have any gang related tattoos. No tattoos on your neck or above the neck at all.
Policy 12: Professionalism
When being an employee for Gruppe Sechs you must be very professional at all times. You should not be cussing people out for no reason.
Policy 13: Trespassing
When being an employee for Gruppe Sechs you’re able to trespass anyone from contracted properties. You need to have a valid reason if you trespass someone from a property. You may not trespass any First Responder from a property while they’re on Duty unless authorized by a Manager or Executive of the company.
Policy 14: Leeching
Leeching: Guards have the authority to access and remain on a property, even if roleplay is occurring, without needing approval. They should refrain from disrupting active scenes unless they involve crimes like robbery, assault, theft, or vandalism. If intervention affects emergency services’ response, permission is still necessary. Other situations adhere to civilian leeching policies if certain criteria are not fulfilled.
Policy 15: Seniority Requests
During a Seniority Request, Senior Guards must avoid actions that could lead others to mistake them for a Supervisor. This includes issuing commands, reprimanding, threatening disciplinary action, referring to themselves as a Supervisor, or displaying a superior attitude. Violating this rule will be treated as impersonating a Supervisor and exceeding their rank. However, Senior Guards should not be deterred from responding to Seniority Requests, as breaching this policy requires intentional misconduct.
